Quick floor plan just to get a sense of space. The rectangles against the walls are bass traps. Somewhere I would like one to be a diffusor.

Not too bad with the smallness. There should be enough room to wave ones arms around and knock beers over etc. I'm not sure if the PA speakers would work where they are on the diagram there might be too much mic feedback during rehearsal.
